01The agreement
These terms are between you — the seller — and Instastack, the company behind One India. Registering a store means you accept them.
02Your store
The catalogue, prices, and offers are yours and your responsibility. Keep them accurate, sell only what you may lawfully sell, and honour the orders you accept. You must be entitled to run a business in India (GST or the applicable exemption).
03Fees
One India charges a platform fee on the item value of each completed order — never on delivery charges. You see it in the app before your store goes live, and every order's exact math — total, fees, taxes, what you receive — is shown in Payments. No fee is ever charged that you haven't seen first.
04Your money
Payments on ONDC are covered by the network's payment protection rules. We reconcile every order and settle to your registered bank account on a T+1 basis after reconciliation. Cash-on-delivery amounts you collect are tracked and netted in the same ledger.
05Network rules
Your store operates on the ONDC network, so ONDC's policies apply alongside these terms — including its rules for order cancellation, returns, and grievance handling. When a buyer raises a complaint, respond within the network's time limits; the app shows you the clock.
06Leaving
You can close your store at any time. Your catalogue is exportable and goes with you. Orders already accepted must still be fulfilled or lawfully cancelled, and pending settlements complete on their normal schedule.
07What we're responsible for
We keep the platform running, route your orders, reconcile your money, and handle network compliance for you. We are not the seller of your products and not a party to the sale between you and your buyer. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
08Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use One India after that means you accept the new terms.
